$55,000-$65,000 per year + commission ASO Roofing Supply is looking for a motivated, outgoing professional who wants to build a career in sales and account management. You do not need roofing or building-material experience. We're looking for someone who is great with people, communicates well, takes initiative, and wants an opportunity to grow their income and career. You'll start by learning our products, customers, pricing, and sales process while helping manage an existing group of contractor accounts. As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to grow those relationships, build your customer base, and earn more through commission. What You'll Do Build relationships with contractor customers Help manage and grow an existing customer base Provide pricing, quotes, product information, and customer support Follow up with customers and stay connected to their needs Identify opportunities to earn more business from existing accounts Work closely with our sales and operations teams Learn the roofing and building-material industry Develop new customer relationships as you grow in the role Who We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Customer-service or sales experience Motivated, dependable, and organized Comfortable talking with customers in person and over the phone Competitive and motivated to grow your income Coachable and interested in building a long-term career Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Roofing or construction experience is not required Why ASO?
