LP Job Summary:

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring their successful adoption and operational health of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will act as a primary technical point of contact, proactively addressing client needs and driving strategic discussions to maximize their investment. A deep understanding of client environments and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical liaison for key client accounts. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for clients. Develop and deliver strategic technical guidance to clients. Drive resolution of critical technical issues and inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

Exceptional customer-facing communication and presentation abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in consultative technical support roles. This role requires experience in marketing technology, specifically with enterprise-level clients and their digital transformation initiatives.
