Account Manager
Job Description
A successful Account Manager will be able to manage and expand business relationships with targeted clients by fulfilling the following responsibilities;
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate quotes for potential projects. Manage and initiate project purchases as needed to ensure timely progress. Maintain and develop client relations for new and existing clients, assuring all existing clients are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and establish need-based marketing relations. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Seek and create opportunities to expand business with current clients, identifying further business needs. Can clearly understand the prospective client's culture, product portfolio, organization structure, and key decision-makers. Strong understanding of government contracting processes and requirements.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (required for government contract eligibility).
QUALIFICATIONS
Account management experience Proficient in Google Suite. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Acute attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., MIL-SPEC, IPC, ISO 9001/AS9100).
