Client Relationship Manager

Apple Spice Box Lunch Delivery & Catering Company is a fast growing franchise focusing on providing great food options for companies and other organizations. We have been in business for over 35 years and currently has over 55 locations from coast to coast. Apple Spice serves the corporate and business community as well as schools, government offices, convention centers, churches and charities, etc.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professional representation of Apple Spice in the Utah County Market
• One on One interaction with new and existing customers
• Identifying and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold calling and lead generation campaigns

THINGS YOU WILL DO

• Prepare menu packets and sample bags for introductory visits
• Visit approximately 15-35 prospective customers a day
• Collect names of event decision makers and those who order meals
• Follow up calls with new and existing customers
• Host tastings with potential customers
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials
• Address customer concerns
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license, car insurance, a reliable personal vehicle, a good driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
