What they do
An Equipment Rental Manager oversees the rental of equipment in industries such as construction, landscaping, agriculture, utility, manufacturing, and consumer services. They may also oversee the dispatching of delivery trucks and the loading and securing of materials prior to delivery. These managers must keep records to ensure that inventory is taken properly and certain items are available upon request. They also prepare rental contracts and ensure that they adhere to regional and national laws and regulations.

community that celebrates action sports and individual style. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide a friendly, efficient rental experience. Fit rental equipment and explain proper use and safety. Inspect, tune, repair, and maintain equipment. Prepare and organize rental inventory for daily operations. Track equipment, maintenance, and inventory records. Process rentals, reservations, and transactions accurately. Complete opening, closing, cash-handling, and waiver procedures. Keep the rental shop clean, organized, safe, and guest ready. Support teammates and other resort operations as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, guest-focused approach with clear communication skills. Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment tuning and repair. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Ability to learn rental systems, equipment standards, and safety procedures. Comfort working indoors and outdoors in winter conditions. Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods. Previous rental, retail, equipment service, outdoor recreation, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred. Knowledge of action sports equipment and maintenance is preferred. Comfortable using computers and digital Point of Sale (POS) systems in a customer service environment. Support team members within the Guest Experience Department as needed You make us Woodward.
