SERVICE MANAGER

• PARK CITY This individual is responsible for all daily operations in the service and repair procedures for Switchback Sports.

Monthly Healthcare Stipend, Ski Pass, Pro Forms Job Responsibilities:

Must have knowledge of all service offerings and related equipment. Must have experience tuning and repairing winter related ski equipment. Responsible for overseeing the service and repair of customer and rental related equipment. Must exhibit strong leadership skills. Able to oversee maintenance of rental inventory, all repair shop tools, machines, and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees as well as guests. Hire all positions related to service. Create SOPs to be used in all locations for

• tuning, repairs, pricing. Manage service staff
• assist with hiring, training, etc.

Manage ski tuning, mounting, testing, bike tuning and repair. Research and execute service equipment and buy accordingly. Responsible for all repair inventory such as wax, ptex, hole plugs, etc. Make sure all rental equipment is maintained. Order all supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance of shop area and rental equipment. Reports to General Manager and Owner. All other duties, activities and processes as assigned.
