Summary This is not a technical role, it is a high-touch communication, coordination, and organization position, ideal for someone who is personable, highly organized, and proactive. The Account Manager is the client-facing heartbeat of Realm's growth program. You will guide clients through each stage of their project by managing communication, coordinating internal team members and external partners, tracking deliverables, and keeping everyone informed. You'll also provide partial reception and office support, helping the office run smoothly day to day. Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide clear weekly status updates and help clients understand where they stand in the process. Set expectations on timeline, milestones, and next steps. Track project timelines and help ensure on-time completion of each phase. Update project management tools (ClickUp) with tasks and progress. Follow up with all parties to gather missing information and keep momentum moving. Collect and distribute documents, drawings, and revisions between clients and partners. Route technical questions or issues to the appropriate internal expert for review. Receive proposals or bids from partners, organize them for client review, and support the decision-making process. Documentation & Reporting Maintain clean, organized project folders and documentation. Prepare weekly reports for clients and the internal team. Track milestones, schedules, and deliverables. Office & Front Desk Support Answer and route incoming phone calls. Help maintain a welcoming office environment. Assist with general office management needs as they come up. Ideal Candidate Extremely organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident coordinating multiple people and priorities at once. Comfortable managing several client relationships at once. Enjoys a fast-paced environment. Professional, positive, and client-centric. Comfortable answering phones and helping with day-to-day office needs. Experience in client services, account management, hospitality, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced office role is a plus, but not required if the candidate is sharp and trainable. No construction, permitting, or technical building experience required.
