Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution? If so, our client is hiring a Client Relations Analyst.

Position Type:

Contract

Hybrid in-office attendance 3 days per week

Required:

Excellent grammar and composition skills.

Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, English/Communications or a related discipline; work experience considered in lieu of these degrees preferred.

Knowledge and some level of expertise in the brokerage industry or banking operations preferred.

Strong initiative and drive.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook programs.

Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.

Exceptional phone presentation skills.

Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment while handling a wide variety of tasks.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.

Ability to be self-motivated and succeed in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal complaint-handling guidelines.

Analysts in this role must collaborate effectively with business partners, including field and operations staff and management, to escalate and resolve complaint-related issues.

Responsible for building strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors while learning departmental processes and style guidelines.

Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as analysts must effectively manage workload while demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and accountability.

Requires participation in the coverage of client-facing telephone lines, with analysts expected to provide phone support at least one day per week.

Analysts must maintain a professional and client-focused approach while handling incoming calls and addressing inquiries.

May support various operational functions within Client Relations, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and participation in special projects as needed. Get in
