2989939475-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Inizio Engage seeks an Urgent Care Account Specialist to manage relationships with urgent care centers for biotechnology and pharmaceutical brands. You will serve as the primary liaison for providers and staff, educating them on therapies, access programs, and patient support resources while driving adoption and high-quality experiences. Partnering with cross-functional scientific, digital, and commercial teams, you'll use data to identify opportunities, support product launches, resolve issues, and ensure compliant, patient-centered engagement across a fast-paced portfolio of urgent care accounts. Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for urgent care accounts, building strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders Educate providers and staff on Inizio Engage biotechnology and pharmaceutical products, services, and patient support programs Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing support to optimize product adoption and utilization in urgent care settings Analyze account performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improved outcomes and engagement Collaborate with internal medical, commercial, and digital teams to tailor solutions for each account Resolve account issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and insights for internal stakeholders and leadership Support product launches and key initiatives through targeted account planning and execution Required Skills Account management Biotech/pharmaceutical product knowledge Healthcare provider education CRM and account planning tools Data analysis and reporting Knowledge of urgent care/ambulatory workflows Customer relationship building Project and launch coordination Regulatory and compliance awareness Presentation and communication skills
