Account Manager - Grounds Maintenance Meadows Farms, Inc. is looking for an experienced, motivated Account Manager to join our Grounds Maintenance team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems, identifying opportunities, and helping customers get the most value from their landscape investment. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial and residential grounds maintenance clients . You will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities for additional services and enhancements. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts. Proactively communicate with customers regarding their properties, service needs, and concerns. Maintain and renew existing customer accounts. Meet with customers to review properties, discuss needs, and develop solutions. Prepare proposals and estimates for existing and prospective customers. Identify and present opportunities for landscape enhancements and additional services. Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts through ancillary services. Generate referrals and new business opportunities through strong customer relationships. Respond to customer concerns and take the lead in finding effective solutions. Work closely with field operations and management to ensure customers receive professional, high-quality service. Understand and follow Meadows Farms estimating, pricing, and service procedures. Work toward achieving company sales and retention objectives. Follow all Meadows Farms policies and procedures.
