Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience and performing tasks within the various login departments. Tasks include sample receipt and processing, interaction with clients, analyzing reviewing and submitting of reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.

Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.

Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.

Focused and Strategic Client Management for Long-Term RetentionUnpack shipments and document receipt of sample.

Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.

Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.

Convert/apply quotes from Account Executive to LIMSAbility to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.

Collect samples from on-site drop boxOrganize and record samplesData entry into LIMSMaintenance of the department and lab, including stocking supplies and housekeepingReview analytical reports quickly and accuratelyScan and send out reports in a timely mannerInvoicingPerform other duties as assignedLogin of all samples in a timely mannerLabel of all samplesQC of samples/projects prior to sending into the laboratoryInteract with clients and answer incoming phone callsReport status information to clientscontact clients for clarification of analysis requestedAnalyze samplesConduct all activities in a safe and efficient mannerRegular attendance and punctualityQualificationsBasic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):

Bachelor's Degree required, Biology degree preferredAnalytical skillsCustomer service experience 1-2 yearsExperience working in a laboratory settingHigh level of experience working within Microsoft ExcelAdditionally, individuals will need to be level tempered and handle communications with clients in a professional and respectful conduct, handle and work well under pressure in fast pace and stressful situations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
