Job Description

We are a busy, client-focused veterinary practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and outstanding service for their owners. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and compassionate Client Relations Manager to help lead our team and support the daily operations of our clinic. Position Summary The Client Relations Manager is a key leadership position responsible for helping oversee daily clinic operations while also serving as part of the front desk team when needed. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership responsibilities and direct interaction with clients and patients in a fast-paced veterinary environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, team-oriented, and capable of balancing administrative duties with excellent client service. Responsibilities Oversee daily front office and administrative operations Help manage and support reception and administrative staff Participate in front desk duties including: Greeting clients Answering phones Scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Processing payments Assist with staff scheduling, training, and workflow management Handle client concerns professionally and compassionately Support positive communication and teamwork throughout the clinic Help improve efficiency and clinic systems Assist with wellness plan administration and client communication Maintain company files Manage accounts receivable Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience required Veterinary clinic experience strongly preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working directly with clients at the front desk Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment Experience with veterinary software systems preferred Positive attitude and strong leadership skills Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience required Veterinary experience strongly preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working directly with clients at the front desk Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment Experience with veterinary software systems preferred Positive attitude and strong leadership skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ($18-$25 per hour) Employee pet care discounts Paid time off and benefits CE allowance Supportive team environment Opportunity for professional growth Schedule Full-time position No weekends Combination of management responsibilities and front desk coverage To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your experience and why you would be a great fit for our team.
