Job Description

Overview DMV Restorations, Inc . is a Class A General Contractor that specializes in turnovers and capital improvements in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to join our team and drive our business growth through exceptional client relationships and strategic sales initiatives. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions that foster long-term partnerships. Your energetic approach, combined with your expertise in sales and customer service, will help expand our market presence and deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions. Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and market research to expand the customer base. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals that align with company goals. Conduct B2B sales presentations, demonstrations, and product explanations to prospective clients via telemarketing and virtual meetings. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities efficiently. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that enhance lead generation efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Engage in business development activities by exploring new markets and expanding existing accounts through strategic planning. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Knowledge of telemarketing techniques, outbound calling strategies, and warm calling practices. Ability to understand technical products and articulate complex solutions clearly to clients. Demonstrated skills in customer service, business development, and marketing collaboration. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range:
$48K - $60K (+ commission)
  • No Cap on Commission
  • Base salary is commensurate with experience.
  • Commission structure is based on individual performance.

$48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
