Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Owner Support Manager to lead our owner support team with enthusiasm and strategic insight. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service, manage complex owner inquiries, and foster strong relationships to ensure owner satisfaction. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in support processes, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and empower your team to excel in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about project management, multilingual communication, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Duties Lead and supervise the owner support team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing environment Develop and implement support strategies that enhance owner satisfaction and streamline service delivery Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals Communicate effectively with owners in multiple languages to resolve issues promptly and professionally Analyze support data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization Negotiate solutions with owners and internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services that benefit owners Qualifications Proven experience in project management, team leadership, or owner support roles with a track record of success Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on clarity and professionalism Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data, assess performance metrics, and implement improvements Skilled in negotiation and customer service principles to resolve conflicts effectively Prior experience in sales or upselling within a support environment is advantageous Management experience with a focus on supervising staff, managing workflows, and fostering team development Join us as an Owner Support Manager to make a meaningful impact by elevating owner experiences through energetic leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication.
