DaySavers is our new consumer brand, which has been growing incredibly fast! We're hiring an Account Manager to run a book of accounts and grow it. You'll start with a book of existing customers and our Account Executive closes new business and transitions accounts to you after the first order goes through. You'll also develop your own book of business from trade shows, inbound requests, and referrals from customers you already work with. What you'll do You'll own a book of accounts and be your customers' primary point of contact and expert on staff for both custom and stock orders. Most of your week is check-in calls, quotes, and follow-up. You'll set a contact schedule and stick to it, track when customers are due to reorder so you can get ahead of it and stay on your open quotes until they close. When an account goes quiet, chasing it down is on you. Some of your book comes from the Account Executive team. They close new customers and hand them over after the first order lands, along with account history, pricing, and anything they promised during the sale. The rest you find yourself. Trade show leads, inbound requests that come through your relationships, referrals from customers you already work with. Your book will shift over the year as customers get acquired or change direction. Your goal is upselling and cross selling, building deep relationships, and retaining existing customers. You'll live in Close CRM. Activity logged, opportunities current, lead source tagged on everything, including which trade show it came from. You'll do 3 to 5 shows a year around the country, where you'll see your accounts face to face and work the booth for new leads. Key responsibilities Own revenue retention and growth on an assigned book of accounts. Replace churned revenue by adding new accounts from trade shows, inbound, and referrals. Sell across the full product line: cones, tubes, packaging, and machinery. Take clean handoffs from the Account Executive team and manage/grow the account after their initial order. Run pre-roll machine demos and custom packaging and cone/tube projects with our internal teams.
Keep our CRM accurate:
