Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts, to generate new leads and expand existing accounts Understand client needs thoroughly to recommend appropriate technology solutions and services Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update account information, and manage sales pipelines effectively Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently Skills Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record in B2B sales environments Experience in technology sales, technical sales, or related fields involving complex product offerings Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce for managing customer data and sales activities Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly Skilled in inside sales techniques, including outbound calling, telemarketing, and warm calling strategies Knowledge of business development practices to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new markets Ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships Join us as an Account Manager where your enthusiasm for sales combined with your technical acumen will drive success.
