Requirements:

3+ years Account Management or Inside Sales experience Must have manufacturing and sales order processing experience Associate degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Word and Excel skills required, ERP software knowledge is a plus Intermediate math skills to support accurate order entry, pricing, and problem resolution required Critical thinking skills, able to problem solve and think on your feet, work with deadlines Excellent communication and relationship building skills, positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers Provide product shipment details (Small Parcells, LTL, and Full Truck Load) Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and quality concerns Identify and qualify sales leads Work with the outside sales team to assist with preparing sales proposals and contracts Process customer orders Coordinate with the manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping departments Handle any issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or product returns Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system
