Job Description
Job Details Description Endries International is seeking an experienced Account Integration Specialist to support the successful onboarding and transition of strategic customer accounts. In this role, you'll lead critical project activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure product workflows move efficiently from planning through implementation. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in fastener distribution, sourcing, purchasing, or quality who enjoys solving complex challenges, collaborating across departments, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do As an Account Integration Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing product workflow activities and supporting successful customer transition projects by: Leading and coordinating key activities within strategic account integration projects. Building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Collaborating closely with Transition Managers and cross-functional teams throughout each implementation. Leveraging your expertise in fastener products, materials, and industry best practices to support customer requirements. Working with Engineering, Purchasing, Sourcing, Quality, Item Master, and other teams to develop effective product solutions. Managing project documentation and ensuring all activities are accurately maintained within the Product Workflow (PWF) system. Monitoring project milestones, task completion, and overall progress to keep projects on schedule. Providing timely project updates and communicating status to stakeholders. Auditing product workflow activities and coordinating updates throughout the transition process. Training team members on Product Workflow (PWF) processes and best practices. Troubleshooting workflow issues, resolving operational challenges, and escalating concerns when appropriate. Reviewing workflow stages to ensure action items are completed by project owners. Comparing customer drawings and product specifications to physical samples using calipers, gauges, and other quality measurement equipment to validate requirements. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
