Account Manager Location:
Eau Claire, WI Schedule:
Full-time, standard business hours
Pay:
$70K - $100K depending on experience We're looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager who is comfortable working with technical products and manufacturing customers. You'll manage assigned accounts from the initial request and quote through production and delivery, serving as the customer's main point of contact throughout the process. This is a visible role where you'll have ownership of your accounts and direct involvement in how customer solutions come together. You'll work closely with several internal teams, develop deeper customer partnerships, and have room to grow your accounts as you learn the products and operation. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional business Manage the sales process from customer inquiry and quoting through order completion Work with engineering and production teams to develop practical solutions based on customer needs Keep customers informed about quotes, order progress, timelines, delays, and potential issues Coordinate internal handoffs to make sure orders move smoothly from quote to production Resolve customer concerns and take ownership of commitments through final delivery Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and order information in CRM and ERP systems What You'll Need At least five years of account management, sales, or customer-facing experience Previous experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or another technical product environment Experience preparing quotes and managing customer orders or projects from beginning to end Working knowledge of CRM or ERP systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to make sound decisions when all the information isn't immediately available Comfort working with customers, engineers, and production teams in a fast-moving environment
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
