The CM Supervisor provides high-quality individual supervision to Case Managers, including resources, training, feedback, and support. The CM Supervisor also maintains a participant caseload, delivering direct case management services. Bachelor's degree in social work or closely-related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience. Experience in a nonprofit social service agency required. Supervisory experience desired. Strong crisis management skills. Willingness to work alongside a diverse population with varying strengths and challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication. High level of organization. Ability to build consensus, motivate and obtain willing cooperation from others. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to adapt to new technology. Driver's license, insured personal vehicle.
