Account Services Specialist II Ultimus Fund Solutions - 3.0 Milwaukee, WI Job Details Full-time $48,000 - $64,000 a year 16 hours ago Qualifications Employee relationship building Financial services Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description SUMMARY The Account Services Specialist II plays a pivotal role in executing a range of transfer agency duties, such as establishing new accounts, managing financial transactions, and ensuring precise documentation for mutual fund clientele. Additionally, this role involves minimal direct client engagement and a significant degree of collaboration with fellow team members.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manages complex financial matters including estate settlements and marital dissolutions. Initiates and manages new client accounts by accurately inputting data from application forms. Executes fundamental financial operations such as redemptions, exchanges, and TIK's. Administers retirement plan transactions in compliance with IRS guidelines. Implements systematic withdrawal plans for required minimum distributions in IRA and Beneficiary accounts. Maintains shareholder accounts and manages correspondence, including undeliverable mail. Facilitates incoming asset transfers by coordinating with the relinquishing custodian. Tracks and follows up on transfer procedures to ensure timely completion. Associates related accounts to apply rights of accumulation or links plan accounts, and processes declarations of intent. Manages and balances check deposits to ensure financial accuracy. Retrieves incomplete new account details and request additional information when necessary. Takes on additional responsibilities as required to support the team's objectives.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Engages periodically with shareholders, financial advisors, and brokerage firms for account-related matters. Collaborates daily with team members and internal departments to resolve queries and manage ongoing tasks. May perform other duties as required and assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in client services or a related field. Background in the financial services industry. Series 6 license is an asset.
KNOWLEDGE
Operational standards, including SEC, IRS, and prospectus regulations. Retirement products such as IRA, Simple IRA, and other plans. Proficiency in mutual funds and alternative investment products. Microsoft Office Suite. Adobe Acrobat.

Modifies team and individual priorities and deadlines in response to added information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles and ensures completion. Equivalent education, experience, and KSA's will be considered.
