Job Description

Staffing Sales, Contract Engineering Location:
Milwaukee, WI Compensation:
Base + Commission with an OTE of $125K+ first year Our client is a staffing and workforce solutions organization seeking a Staffing Sales, Contract Engineering Professional to grow contract engineering staffing services throughout the Greater Milwaukee market. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, building client relationships, and delivering customized talent solutions to engineering-focused organizations. What you'll be doing:
  • Maximizing territory potential through prospecting, qualifying opportunities, conducting client meetings, and presenting staffing solutions.
  • Generating new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, research, and industry events.
  • Developing relationships with key decision-makers using a consultative sales approach.
  • Identifying client workforce challenges and recommending customized staffing solutions.
  • Managing and growing existing client accounts while expanding service offerings.
  • Collaborating with internal recruiting and leadership teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals. What you'll need:
  • 3+ years of sales experience within a professional services environment.
  • 2+ years of engineering staffing experience or related industry knowledge.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Highly self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. What's in it for you:
