Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of print who is interested in a more customer-facing role, or an individual with solid account management experience who is confident in their ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technical aspects of print. This position is a great fit for individuals with hands-on experience in flexographic printing, prepress, or packaging manufacturing who are interested in expanding into project coordination and account management. If you've worked in production, prepress, or on the manufacturing floor and are ready to take the next step in your career, we're happy to provide training on the customer-facing side of the role. In this position, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts while also managing projects from order entry through production and delivery. Your technical background will be essential in evaluating job requirements, communicating specifications, and helping ensure high-quality results. Responsibilities Manage jobs from initial order through production and final delivery, ensuring all technical specifications are accurate and achievable. Translate customer needs into detailed production instructions for internal teams. Review artwork, print requirements, and job specifications to ensure alignment with flexographic processes. Act as the bridge between customers, production, and vendors to solve technical challenges. Enter and track jobs in the system, including estimating, scheduling, and coordinating quality approvals. Support customers with technical guidance related to print, prepress, and packaging requirements. Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate updates or changes proactively. Participate in onboarding new customers and supporting workflow processes. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Hands-on experience in flexographic printing, prepress, plate production, or packaging manufacturing Account Manager experience with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technical concepts Strong understanding of print production workflows and technical specifications Ability to communicate technical details clearly to both production teams and customers Ability to make sound business decisions to meet the needs of the customers and maintain profitability goals. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Experience with Adobe programs and Mac-based systems is a plus Education & Experience Degree in Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience 2+ years in printing, packaging, or related manufacturing environment preferred Background That Fits Well We strongly encourage applicants with experience such as: Experienced account managers or customer service professionals—especially those who are confident in their ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technical concepts. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
