Healthcare Community Relations Representative (Part-Time)

We're looking for an outgoing, relationship-focused professional to become the face of our organization throughout Waukesha County and western Milwaukee County. If you enjoy networking, building long-term partnerships, speaking with people, and making a genuine difference in your community, we'd love to meet you. This is not a high-pressure sales position. Success comes from developing trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, community organizations, and families who need quality in-home care. What You'll Do As our Healthcare Community Relations Representative, you will: Develop Community Relationships Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, social workers, case managers, assisted living communities, senior apartments, hospices, elder law attorneys, financial planners, and other community partners. Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners throughout your territory. Become a trusted resource for professionals serving older adults. Represent Our Agency Plan and conduct educational presentations and Lunch & Learn events. Represent Seniors Helping Seniors at senior expos, health fairs, networking events, and community organizations. Help increase awareness of our services throughout the community. Meet with Prospective Clients Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients and their families. Discuss care needs and explain our services. Complete initial assessments and collaborate with our office team to ensure a smooth start to care. Manage Your Territory Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities and referral relationships using our CRM. Plan weekly schedules and efficiently manage your assigned territory. Track progress toward quarterly activity and growth goals. Regularly scheduled reports and discussions with owner. What Success Looks Like During a typical quarter, successful team members will strive to: Conduct meaningful referral meetings Establish new referral relationships Complete follow-up meetings with existing referral partners Participate in community engagement activities, including presentations, networking events, and senior expos Help generate sustainable growth by developing referral partnerships that lead to new clients and recurring revenue Compensation & Benefits $25.00 per hour base pay Approximately 30 hours per week Quarterly performance bonus opportunity with a potential $5,000-$10,000 annually Mileage reimbursement for business travel $50 monthly cell phone allowance Paid major holidays One week (30 hours) of paid time off following a successful six-month review Flexible schedule with significant time spent in the community We're Looking For Someone Who Is Passionate about helping older adults and their families Comfortable meeting new people and building lasting relationships Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a territory independently Professional, personable, and an excellent communicator Comfortable speaking to small groups and representing our organization at community events Able to work collaboratively with office staff and caregivers to provide an outstanding client experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, home care, hospice, home health, assisted living, senior living, rehabilitation, healthcare marketing, community relations, or business development Strong networking and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout Waukesha County and western Milwaukee County Why Seniors Helping Seniors?
