Job Description

Koot's is looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Promotions Coordinator to lead the marketing, entertainment, and promotional efforts that keep our venue active, engaging, and growing. This is a dynamic, hands-on position for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects, and bringing memorable events to life. The Promotions Coordinator will play a key role in strengthening the Koot's brand, driving guest engagement, and creating exceptional experiences through entertainment, promotions, social media, advertising, and special events. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Book and coordinate all live entertainment for the venue. Develop and coordinate approved promotions with radio partners, liquor distributors, print advertisers, and other promotional partners. Manage active social media campaigns, including weekly text-message promotions. Draft and coordinate scheduling of radio commercials and other promotional advertising. Maintain and update the company website, www.koots.com. Create promotional graphics for posters, social media, digital advertising, and other marketing materials. Coordinate the planning, staging, and execution of in-house events and promotions. Develop and coordinate in-house contests, including logistics and execution. Work closely with management and bar staff to establish event logistics and execution plans. Coordinate with performers and talent regarding in-house promotional needs. Source and secure prizes for contests and promotional campaigns. Serve as the primary liaison for co-sponsors and promotional partners. Book and coordinate group and corporate parties, working closely with staff and catering. Conduct guided tours of the facility for prospective clients, groups, and partners. Coordinate off-site promotional events as directed by upper management. Respond to media inquiries and coordinate press correspondence and promotional opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Experience in promotions, marketing, entertainment, hospitality, events, or a related field. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Creativity and the ability to develop engaging promotional concepts and content. Confidence working independently while also contributing as a strong team player. A high level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, loyalty, and self-motivation. The ability to remain calm, flexible, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment. A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality and success of your work. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, based on entertainment schedules, events, and promotional activities.
