Our catering team takes the MarketPlace experience outside of the restaurant — serving everything from corporate lunches and celebrations to banquets, weddings, parties, and other special events throughout Northwest Arkansas.

Average Pay:

$17-$20/hour

Primarily afternoons and evenings

What You'll Be Doing:

Helping load, transport, set up, and break down catering events Setting up food, serving areas, tables, and event spaces Providing friendly, professional service to guests Serving and maintaining food throughout events Keeping catering areas clean, stocked, and organized Working alongside our catering team to keep events running smoothly Representing MarketPlace outside of our restaurant

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable working with guests Able to work well as part of a team Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Afternoon and evening availability Comfortable working different types of events and locations Catering, serving, restaurant, or event experience is strongly preferred, but it isn't required for the right person. We're willing to train someone who has a great attitude, takes initiative, and fits well with our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has a job, is in school, or simply wants a flexible schedule and some extra cash on the side without committing to the same shifts every week.
