Hawkers engage directly with fans in the concourse and seating areas, providing exceptional customer service while maximizing beverage sales. This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and thrive in a high-volume atmosphere. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Walk throughout the concourse and stadium seating areas during events to actively sell beverages. Promote and upsell products with urgency and full engagement while creating a fun and memorable fan experience. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and maintaining a friendly, professional attitude. Maintain product knowledge and communicate promotions to guests. Ensure all beverage products are presented in a clean, organized, and appealing manner. Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies and procedures. Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure successful event operations. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of high-volume sales, customer service or restaurant experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-motivated personality. Ability to work independently while remaining a team player. Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a high-energy environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to Adapt to fast-paced event environments Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card required Valid Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification required High school diploma or equivalent required Requirements Successful completion of background check Work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to work in high-volume environments Ability to work in varying temperatures Ability to walk continuously and throughout the stadium during entire shift and events. Ability to climb and descend stadium stairs frequently. Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 6 hours. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly throughout a shift. Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Work Environment Fast-paced, high-energy sports and entertainment venue. Frequent interaction with large crowds and guests. Part-time, event-based schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and major stadium events.
