Love being outdoors and staying active? Our Boat Runners help guests get on the water safely and have a great experience. This hands-on role includes launching and receiving boats, fitting life vests, giving basic paddle instruction, monitoring the dock, and maintaining equipment. Boat Runners also assist with store support as needed, including POS, check-ins, retail, and guest questions, so versatility is key. This job is great for someone safety-minded, energetic, and comfortable working outside. Shifts vary by ramp location and include weekends, holidays, and Moonlight evening events. Pay is $17/hr plus shared tips, paid weekly. Candidates should be comfortable with occasional schedule changes or reduced hours due to lake or weather conditions.
