The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand reputation, engaging visitors and customers, and supporting sales initiatives for our award-winning olive products. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position involves strategizing, creating, and distributing compelling content across digital platforms to reflect our commitment to sustainable farming, gourmet quality, and excellence in agritourism. We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about leveraging marketing to foster trust, drive farm visits, and amplify our family-owned story. Job Specific Responsibilities Content Creation & Management Develop and manage marketing content, including copywriting for products, blog posts on olive oil, visitor success stories (e.g., event highlights), videos of grove tours, and social media updates showcasing seasonal harvests. Highlight real customer testimonials and farm experiences to reinforce brand credibility in the gourmet and wellness spaces. Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, compliance standards (e.g., food safety labeling), and core company values of sustainability and family tradition. Campaign Coordination Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing brand reputation campaigns, such as harvest festivals or new product promotions. Coordinate meetings and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, from email blasts to on-site signage. Monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to optimize results, like boosting ticket sales for tastings. Review the content designed by our team for clarity and consistency. Reputation and Brand Building Track online sentiment and reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, Ecom, and TripAdvisor; identify opportunities to engage with visitors and amplify positive experiences from our 650,000 annual guests. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., farm operations, retail) and partners to collect success stories and transform them into impactful marketing assets, such as education videos. Manage the Marketing Assistant with social media, website content, and e-commerce to consistently reflect transparency, farm-fresh authenticity, and trustworthiness. Research & Reporting Conduct market and audience research to inform strategies that enhance visibility, engagement, and reputation in the olive oil and agritourism sectors. Generate analytics and performance reports to guide marketing decisions, using tools like Google Analytics. Stay informed about trends in food marketing, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in the gourmet oils industry. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least two (2) years of experience in a marketing or content creation role, preferably in food/agritourism. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and brand alignment for a family-oriented audience. Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and basic graphic/video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a seasonal, hands-on farm environment.
