BDC OPERATOR POSITION AVAILABLE WITH CACTUS AUTO IN TUCSON, AZ!

Cactus Auto is currently looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator to assist in day-to-day phone operations in our busy BDC Department! Responsibilities will include creating sales opportunities for the dealership. Opportunities are created via interactions with clients through phone, email and text. Taking all in-bound sales calls, meeting monthly objectives, follow-up , and other exciting marketing campaign initiative tasks!

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming calls and emails, fielding customer questions and calls in a timely manner Identify customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs Identify potential sales opportunities and maintain excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process Making out-bound calls Customer Satisfaction calls Maintain call quota while delivering excellent customer service Must have a passion for process and organization with excellent phone skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

This position will have a base pay along with a performance based bonus structure. The pay listed at the top of the post does not include bonus pay.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Bi-Lingual (Spanish speaking) Preferred. Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual. 1-2 years of experience; experience in an automotive setting preferred, but not required. Excellent customer relationship skills Self-starter, motivated and success driven Confident, positive and high energy presence Strong communication skills Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals Valid driver's license Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
