Hands-on Shopify experience — building product pages and merchandising (required) Experience building email and Meta ad campaigns (required) Familiarity with social commerce: Shop, Instagram/Facebook Shop, and TikTok Shop A genuinely good written voice for social and brand Comfort pulling and reading basic performance reports A good eye for aesthetics, with some CapCut and Canva knowledge a plus Some experience working with Claude (or similar AI tools) a plus Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple launches at once A positive, go-with-the-flow team player who can also run independently Knowledge of the fashion industry and e-commerce/retail is a big plus 2+ years of relevant e-commerce experience
