We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the Wine and Spirits Industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, social media, email marketing, event planning, and be highly organized.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle all internal/external photography and videography needs. Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns to promote products and events. Manage company merchandising including ordering and budget management. Coordinate planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, tastings, festivals, and other promotional activities. Maintain marketing materials, including product information sheets, sales presentations, and advertisements. Collaborate with sales team to support their efforts by providing marketing materials, coordinating events, and sharing market research. Demonstrate marketing creativity and ideas. Generate marketing reports and metrics and present to US and Global Teams. Train and educate internal teams on marketing efforts, strategies, and initiatives as needed. All duties assigned but not limited to this job description.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience 2-3 Years' marketing experience Passion for the wine and spirits industry, highly preferred Fast learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Digital advertising experience is a plus Familiarity with email and other digital marketing tools
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Able to sit for long periods of time and work at a computer workstation. Able to travel domestically for marketing events. Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Able to bend, reach above shoulders, push, carry equipment. Flexible with work schedule to accommodate evening, weekend, early morning meetings/events. Comply with the Company's Food Safety/GMP policies and PPE requirements.
