This role requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with shifting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as more than half of this coordinator's communication will be with external partners, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Experience disseminating and following up on critical communications with external partners is highly valued.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES IP
& Asset Governance Coordinate the approval process governing creative assets and campaign materials across internal teams and IP owners. Ensure IP usage requirements are followed by internal teams. Maintain and update IP usage 'bibles,' ensuring changes to rights usage are properly documented and distributed to appropriate stakeholders. Campaign Planning & Execution Support the execution of client brand campaigns, multi-title initiatives, and tentpole marketing programs. Maintain campaign calendars, workbacks, trackers, and status documents. Ensure partner approved assets and key IP usage information is organized and distributed to appropriate internal and external stakeholders. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with teams across Creative, Social, Communications, Lifecycle, Programming, and Production to support campaign initiatives. Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for team and cross-functional discussions. Capture meeting notes, document action items, and track follow-ups across stakeholder groups. Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure all tasks related to approvals and IP usage remain organized and on schedule. Project Management & Operations Maintain key documents, calendars, trackers, presentations, and status reports related to external partner management. Assist with the organization and management of shared marketing resources, reference materials, and project documentation. Support the development of presentations, planning documents, executive updates, and campaign recaps. Maintain team files, archives, and shared drives to ensure materials are easily accessible. Provide administrative and operational support to the client Partnership & Brand Marketing team as needed. Research & Performance Analysis Assist in gathering campaign performance data and key insights from cross-functional teams. Support the development of campaign recaps and post-campaign analyses, documenting learnings and recommendations. Stay informed on entertainment, streaming, media, and consumer trends to help identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, entertainment, media, advertising, or a related field, including internships and coordinator-level roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets Preferred Experience working with marketing legal teams. Background in entertainment, streaming, media, advertising, or consumer brands. Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms. Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or Gemini, and open to learning how to incorporate into work flows to increase efficiency Spanish language proficiency and/or interest in US Hispanic marketing campaigns a plus. Interest in anime, sports, and kids programming.
