Fulltime Responsibilities:

Support execution of multiple new business initiatives and manage timelines, deliverables, and risks. Source and purchase promotional merchandise aligned with brand, licensing, and market trends. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to maximize margins and ensure brand compliance. Coordinate cross-functional communication to execute promotions effectively. Manage vendor and licensor relationships, budgets, and sales reporting. Analyze sales performance to optimize purchasing strategies and future promotions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in buying, merchandising, or procurement, preferably in retail or entertainment. Strong negotiation skills, particularly with licensors and licensed merchandise. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/purchasing systems. Highly detail-oriented to ensure promotional accuracy, product quality, and precise reporting. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. In-depth knowledge of Japanese culture, including niche anime and mobile, PC, and console games.

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
