ZippyPaws is a dog and cat product based brand focused on exclusive designs and exceptional quality. We are seeking a high-energy, creative, and goal-oriented individual to join our creative team. ZippyPaws was founded in 2011 with the mission to create beautifully-designed, high-quality pet products for the modern dog and dog owner.
Job Summary:
The Creative Assistant will support marketing, design, and media by handling project coordination, assisting with content creation, and other administrative tasks.
Job Duties:
The Creative Assistant duties will include but are not limited to:
Project Support:
Organize schedules, event calendars, process paperwork, track project deadlines, and manage digital asset libraries across creative and marketing team.
Content Creation:
Assist with editing photos or videos and help design promotional materials or presentations, as needed.
Research:
Conduct market research, gather project inspiration, and monitor current industry trends and share findings with the creative team.
Administrative Tasks:
Coordinate meetings, handle travel or expense logistics, and facilitate communication across departments.
Required Experience and Skills:
At least 1 year of experience handling professional design and/or administrative tasks Proficiency in tools like the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace. Strong communication and people skills Enthusiasm Detail-oriented Must pass drug test and background check Must love dogs (ability to work with the distraction of barking dogs)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Travel:
Willingness to travel to and from events within the greater Southern California area

Hours:
40 hrs/week, Monday through Thursday 8:00 am
•5:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am
•12:00 pm Benefits after 90 day probation period: PPO health insurance, vacation days, holidays, 401k enrollment, able to bring your dogs to work (pending behavior assessment) Located in
