Job Description
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll help run day-to-day B2B marketing
- from campaigns and website updates to sales support and tradeshows
- while getting real exposure to how the whole business works.
- the three capabilities at the core of our business.
- the core of Valor's business.
This can include:
updating banners, images, copy, data and on occasion UI mockups for web design improvements needed to support sales and customer experience. Email / SMS / WhatsApp marketing. Build, schedule, and send campaigns: product launches, promotions, announcements, and dealer communications. Opportunity to establish better flows and automations. Sales programs & promotions. Collaborate with the sales team to support dealer promotions, rebate and credit programs, and channel campaigns — from setup to rollout to follow-through. Tradeshows & events. Help plan and execute our presence at industry expos: booth logistics, collateral, giveaways, on-site coordination, and post-show follow-up. LinkedIn & Social. Draft, schedule, and manage posts. Help grow Valor's presence and voice across the channels that matter to our partners. Marketing collateral. Produce and coordinate flyers, one-pagers, sell sheets, and sales enablement assets that keep the brand(s) sharp and consistent. Keep it moving. Use Asana to manage timelines, track deadlines, and coordinate across teams so projects ship on time. What You Bring 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, wholesale, retail, CPG, or consumer electronics/accessories. A confident problem-solver's mindset. You're comfortable taking ownership, thinking things through, and contributing ideas in your area. Strong writing and a sharp eye for detail. You catch the typo, the broken link, the misaligned image. Excellent organization. You can juggle several projects and deadlines without dropping any. A collaborative, self-starting instinct. You work well with others and don't wait to be told what needs doing. A willingness to jump in and get the job done to the best of your ability.Bonus:
Spanish or Mandarin bilingual is a plus, but not required. Why This Role Real project ownership. You'll take projects from start to finish and have room to improve how things work- better flows, automations, and processes
- rather than just executing someone else's plan. Crossover and range. You'll work across website, email, sales, tradeshows, and social, and collaborate with other departments
- the kind of well-rounded experience that's harder to get in a narrow, specialized role.
