Trade Show & Operations Associate

About Vector-KGM Vector-KGM is a leading brand in the torch lighter and smoking accessories industry. We work with retailers and distributors globally and are known for producing the top-tier jet torch lighters, smoking accessories, and butane gas. Position Overview Vector-KGM is seeking a motivated and versatile Trade Show & Operations Associate Trade Show & Operations Associate to attend and assist the company with various trade show events. Light traveling required to attend various trade shows mostly in Las Vegas. Meet and greet the existing and new customers to help with their product needs at various different trade shows. Process the orders into the company's data entry system. Coordinate with the warehouse to get the trade show materials ready for shipping. Go between the office and the warehouse to facilitate the company operations. Key Responsibilities Office & Operations Responsibilities Take customer orders over the phone and assist with sales inquiries Support order processing and internal sales coordination Prepare products and materials for shipment or sales efforts Participate in trade shows and industry events with the Vector-KGM team Trade Shows & Events Attend and assist at domestic trade shows Help with booth setup, breakdown, and customer engagement Support product demonstrations and order placement during shows Take orders and leads at shows Sales Responsibilities Travel throughout the United States to visit existing and prospective retail customers Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners Present Vector-KGM product lines and promotions to retailers Generate orders, open new accounts, and grow existing accounts Identify market opportunities and provide feedback on customer trends Represent Vector-KGM professionally at all times while in the field What We're Looking For A self-starter who takes initiative Someone comfortable wearing multiple hats A relationship builder who enjoys face-to-face selling A team player who supports company operations beyond sales

Compensation:
