Job Summary CBX is the heartbeat of CycleBar Culver City. You are the first hello, the last goodbye, and the energy that sets the tone for every ride. This is a customer-facing, high-energy role focused on sales, hospitality, and maintaining a spotless studio. If you are outgoing, detail-obsessed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. What You'll Do Welcome riders with confidence, warmth, and name recognition Be the "cruise director" of the studio. Hype the room, answer questions, and create connection Sell memberships, packages, retail, and promotions with ease Maintain an immaculate studio. Cleaning is a major part of this role and must be done meticulously Reset bikes, lobby, bathrooms, and equipment to CycleBar standards Support instructors and management with smooth class transitions Uphold brand standards, policies, and the CycleBar experience at all times Who You Are Outgoing, friendly, and not shy talking to anyone Sales-driven with strong communication skills Extremely detail-oriented and takes pride in cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Fitness, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus, but personality matters most Why You'll Love It High-energy, music-driven environment Free rides and retail discounts Growth opportunities within a top-performing CycleBar studio A team that feels more like a squad than a staff
