Founder Office Intern About the role This role is for a highly motivated individual with experience in startup or venture capital ecosystems, especially in investor relations, fundraising, and venture?backed company dynamics. Operating onsite near Menlo Park, you will work directly with the founder to drive live outreach and build strong relationships with current and prospective investors. You will contribute to strategic fundraising initiatives and investor engagement processes that are critical to the startup's growth. Ideal candidate The candidate is locally based and well?networked in the Silicon Valley investor community. They are passionate about the fast?paced startup world, show resilience under pressure, and communicate clearly and confidently. This role suits both short?term performers on a milestone basis and long?term visionaries interested in equity and leadership potential, with the possibility of evolving into a co?founder role. Key responsibilities

  • Actively participate in investor meetings, pitch events, conferences, and networking gatherings around Menlo Park.
  • Proactively conduct outreach, relationship management, and follow?ups with investors, venture capitalists, and key stakeholders.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare customized outreach and pitch materials, and coordinate timely communication.
  • Assist the founder with strategic initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and communication efforts to support fundraising and business development.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions, acting as a trusted representative of the founder. Additional role dimensions
  • Support cross?functional initiatives related to fundraising, investor reporting, and corporate strategy.
  • Provide on?the?ground intelligence and feedback from investor interactions to help refine fundraising tactics.
  • Serve as a liaison between the founder and external parties, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Compensation
