Taylor Lombardo Architects is an award-winning architecture and land planning firm specializing in custom homes and wineries of varying sizes and styles. Based in San Francisco, Taylor Lombardo Architects is a small firm focused on delivering high-quality work in a welcoming, fun, and supportive environment. Our firm is looking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant who can provide administrative and clerical support while assisting with the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, and organized individual who can work independently and requires minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties including answering doorbells, telephones, sorting mail, and managing incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Help coordinate office events, meetings, and birthdays.
- Order and manage office supplies and vendor deliveries.
- General Office Maintenance such as making coffee and stocking the fridge
- This is not a comprehensive list, as there is room to grow within the company and expand responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Macbook based systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google
- Motivated, energetic, self-starter
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Background in administrative work or customer service (preferred)
- Interest in architecture and/or design (bonus)
Compensation:
- $25-27/hour depending on experience
Schedule/Hours:
- Part-time, In-Person at San Francisco office
