We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistants to join our team for a high-end food and beverage event in Pebble Beach, California. This is a contract position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a premium guest experience. The role involves guest interaction, ticket management, and ensuring smooth event operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Scan and verify tickets to ensure a seamless entry process for event attendees.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient event operations.
  • Adhere to dress code guidelines, wearing a white polo or button-down shirt and khaki pants or skirt.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Support event setup and breakdown as needed to ensure all logistical aspects are covered.
