This role is focused on keeping projects moving, aligning teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across content, ads, and social. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Manage daily marketing tasks across content, paid ads, social media, and influencer projects Break down project plans into clear tasks and timelines (Trello / task system) Team Alignment Coordinate between internal teams (creative, media buying, content, strategy) Ensure everyone is clear on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables Timeline & Execution Control Track project progress daily and push tasks forward proactively Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met Communication Prepare weekly updates and internal reports Support client communication by organizing materials, updates, and deliverables Quality & Delivery Double-check deliverables before sending out (content, assets, reports) Ensure outputs match project requirements and expectations Resource & Task Management Help allocate resources (shoot days, editing, content production, etc.) Keep all files, links, and assets organized and up to date Requirements 1-3 years experience in marketing, project coordination, or similar roles Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment Familiar with tools like Trello, Slack, Google Drive (or similar) Strong communication skills (clear, concise, responsive) Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, content, social) is a plus What We're Looking For Someone who follows through — not just plans, but executes Someone who keeps things organized and moving Someone who can work with different teams and personalities smoothly Someone who is proactive, not reactive Why Join Us Work on fast-paced, real marketing projects (DTC, content, ads, influencers) Collaborative, team-oriented environment Clear growth path into Project Manager / Marketing Strategist roles
