This position provides hands-on operational support through event setup, guest assistance, prize distribution, registration activities, inventory handling, and event breakdown. The Promotions and Events Representative helps ensure promotions and events are executed efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Assists with the setup, staging, and breakdown of promotional areas, entertainment venues, tournaments, and special events, including equipment, signage, decorations, and promotional materials. Organizes, transports, stages, distributes, and stores weekly promotional gift inventory, including supporting guest redemptions and maintaining organized distribution areas. Assists with event registration, contest entries, tournament activities, and the distribution of promotional items, giveaways, and prizes in accordance with established procedures. Maintains cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in event and promotional areas. Maintains knowledge of current promotions, events, and giveaways to accurately answer guest questions and provide assistance. Supports on-property and off-property marketing events as assigned. Collaborates with Marketing and operational departments to support the timely and organized execution of promotions and events. Provides outstanding guest service while representing the Marketing department in a professional manner. Adheres to all company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or casino experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and guest service skills. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills preferred. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed to support business operations, special events, and promotional activities.
