In this energetic role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels, harness the power of digital tools, and lead marketing campaigns that attract new patients while fostering loyalty among existing ones. Key Responsibilities Community Outreach:
Build referral networks by visiting local dental offices, businesses, and schools.Digital & Social Media:
Manage Facebook and Instagram, schedule content, and engage with followers.Reputation Management:
Monitor, respond to online reviews, and drive campaigns to collect new ones.Patient Engagement:
Plan in-office events, send email newsletters, and coordinate patient referral programs.Analytics:
Track marketing ROI across channels and adjust strategies based on performance. Duties Design and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, email marketing, print advertising, and Google. Coordinate holiday celebrations for all offices; distributing decorations, managing decoration supply, and managing event supplies. Coordinate the company holiday party(ies) Develop compelling content for websites & promotional materials using strong copywriting skills and content marketing strategies. Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts Lead the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility and engagement across platforms like Facebook Advertising and other social media outlets. Collaborate closely with management teams and partners. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently while ensuring all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and industry best practices Core Qualifications & Skills 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or dental administration. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field outreach. Strong interpersonal and public-facing communication skills. Familiarity with practice management software (e.g., Curve Dental) and design platforms (e.g., Canva) is highly preferred. Strong communication skills; both written and oral Highly organized and self-driven Creative and adaptable Experience Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on healthcare or dental practices preferred; demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress websites, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising platforms, email marketing tools, and/or CRM systems is appreciated. Skilled in managing marketing projects from conception through execution. Excellent communication skills with a knack for copywriting that resonates with target audiences; ability to research market trends effectively.
