Social Media & Marketing Coordinator - Aviation Flyers Academy | Modesto, CA Part-Time / Full-Time Do you know how to create content that actually gets people's attention? Flyers Academy is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our aviation brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. You'll have access to an environment most content creators don't: airplanes, pilots, flight training, student solos, checkrides, aviation events, and behind-the-scenes flight school operations. We are looking for someone who can turn that environment into great content. What You'll Do Create short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and posts Film aircraft, instructors, students, and flight operations Edit photos and videos Help manage Flyers Academy social media accounts Develop creative ideas for aviation content Promote flight-training programs and special offers Help create advertisements and marketing campaigns Monitor engagement and basic campaign performance Assist with website and digital marketing projects Occasionally travel between our Modesto and San Jose locations for content What We're Looking For Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video Comfortable filming and editing content Creative and able to generate new ideas Good communication skills Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable working around airplanes and an active airport environment Marketing experience or a college degree is helpful, but not required . Talent, creativity, reliability, and your portfolio matter more to us. Portfolio Please include examples of social media accounts, videos, photography, graphics, or other content you have created.
