Job Description

Overview The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting Marketing Director with the planning of execution of all digital touch points for the theatre, including but not limited to: email, SMS, and social. Ideal position for someone with prior intern or assistant experience at a venue who lives and breathes digital marketing. Heavy emphasis on running email campaigns via HIVE, prepping shows for announcement in CARBONHOUSE, and assisting organic socials. Must be highly organized. (Schedule is flexible.) This role pays an hourly rate of $27.00-$29.00 Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until November 6, 2026. Responsibilities Assist the department with live event marketing campaigns Support with new event announcements and on-sale event launches Build, schedule, and manage heavy-volume email and SMS marketing campaigns from concept through send, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and post-campaign performance tracking. Assist with coordination and development of programs/activations to expand the reach of the theater's marketing footprint Coordinate with Local business relations (hotels, restaurants, bars, concierges) Attend community events Support with influencer relations Ideate new content to promote upcoming events and help support execution Coordination of the day-to-day support of digital voice with the Marketing Manager Maintain a shared marketing calendar to keep email, SMS, and social efforts aligned with the venue's show schedule Scheduling organic social media posts from launch to day-of-show Coordinate day-of-show marketing needs, including on-site signage, printed programs, and other guest-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery for each event Aid with needs of the department as directed from the Marketing Director Process invoices Managing back-end workflows and trackers Misc administrative duties Building settlement packets Keeping digital files updated Coordinate artist gifts Qualifications 1-2 years of prior experience with a concert venue, sports facility, or other multi-purpose assembly facilities is a plus. High school diploma or GED. Deep experience in HIVE, TMONE, Buffer, Teams and Carbonhouse Extremely well-organized with the ability to multi-task effectively and work under extremely tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail Ability to think critically Basic understanding and knowledge of brand identity, advertising & general marketing strategy. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated passion for Marketing in the Entertainment or Sports Industry Ability to prioritize several tasks at once Basic proficiency with MS office suite and project management tools Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and foster relationships.
