This unique role combines exceptional patient consultation skills with practice growth and community marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is confident presenting treatment plans, building strong patient relationships, and helping drive new patient growth through internal and external marketing efforts. Responsibilities Treatment Coordination Conduct new patient consultations and create an outstanding patient experience Present treatment recommendations, fees, and financing options Convert consultations into starts through effective communication and relationship-building Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow-up communications Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Marketing & Practice Growth Develop and implement internal and external marketing initiatives Build relationships with referring dental offices and community partners Coordinate community events, school programs, and practice promotions Manage patient review generation and reputation management efforts Assist with social media content, patient engagement, and marketing campaigns Track marketing effectiveness and referral sources Qualifications Minimum 2 years of orthodontic treatment coordinator experience required Strong knowledge of orthodontic treatment, insurance, and financing options Proven track record of consultation conversion and case acceptance Experience with practice marketing and business development preferred Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with orthodontic practice management software preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and positive team environment Opportunity to play a key role in practice growth Long-term career opportunity with a respected private orthodontic practice Employee benefits available based on qualifications and employment status
