Instagram Marketing Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, engaging, and sales-driven TikTok Live Stream Host to represent our brand during live streaming events. In this role, you will showcase products, interact with viewers in real-time, drive sales conversions, and build an active community around our brand. If you are comfortable in front of the camera, passionate about e-commerce, and love connecting with people, we would love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Host engaging TikTok Live streams to showcase, demonstrate, and promote our product catalog. Drive sales and revenue during live streams by highlighting product features, exclusive deals, and limited-time offers. Actively engage with viewers in real-time by answering questions, maintaining high energy, and encouraging chat participation. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live stream schedules, promotional themes, and selling points. Monitor live metrics (viewers, engagement, conversion rates) and continuously optimize presentation styles to improve sales performance.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in livestreaming, video content creation, e-commerce sales, acting, or public speaking is preferred (experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, or Instagram Live is a big plus). Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills. High energy, charismatic, and natural presence on camera. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to achieve sales targets. Ability to multitask during live shows (reading comments while demonstrating products).

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Base Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Uncapped Sales Commission:

Additional commission performance bonus tied directly to your live stream sales revenue. Flexible scheduling and potential for growth within our digital marketing team.
