Executive Assistant / Driver & Marketing Coordinator Real Estate Brokerage | Executive Support | Roseville CA We are seeking a Spanish/English speaking Bi-lingual highly organized, professional, and dependable Executive Administrative Assistant / Driver to provide direct support to the Owner of a busy residential real estate company. This is a unique, hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety and can confidently manage executive administrative responsibilities with the majority of time spent on the road, while simultaneously managing Owner's calendar, emails, marketing, and (social media content if experienced). The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, tech-savvy, and comfortable working closely with a business owner in a fast-paced environment. Experience with real estate, social media, digital advertising, photography, or video production/editing is highly desirable.
Position Details Employment Type:
Full-Time, Salaried, Non-Exempt Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with flexibility for evenings (up to 7 p.m.) and some
Saturdays Compensation:
$62,400-$79,040 annually ($30.00-$38.00/hour equivalent), depending on experience and qualifications
Overtime:
Eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with California law Key Responsibilities Drive the Broker/Owner to appointments, property showings, meetings, events, and other business-related destinations Provide day-to-day administrative support directly to the Owner Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, reminders, and scheduling Coordinate business activities and help keep daily priorities organized & on track Manage emails, correspondence, documents, and follow-up items Prepare reports, presentations, marketing materials, and other business documents Assist with real estate-related paperwork, listings, client communications, and transaction coordination as needed Maintain organized electronic and physical files Handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion Communicate professionally with clients, agents, vendors, business associates, and staff Assist with special projects and general business operations Run occasional business & personal errands and assist with miscellaneous executive needs Maintain professionalism and discretion while accompanying the Broker/Owner to meetings and appointments Must have a valid California driver's license and excellent driving record Work Environment
• This position provides direct support to the Owner and may require attendance at client meetings, networking functions, business dinners, private clubs, cigar lounges, and other business or social events. Please note that the Owner smokes cigars, and business meetings are frequently conducted in cigar lounges or other environments where cigar and tobacco smoke may be present. Candidates should be aware that regular exposure to cigar smoke may occur as part of the normal duties and work environment of this position.
• Alcohol may also be served and/or consumed by clients, business associates, or the Owner at certain meetings, dinners, networking functions, and business events. The employee is not required or expected to consume alcohol and must remain able to safely perform all job duties, including driving responsibilities. Ideal Candidate This is a highly visible, client-facing position representing the Owner and company at client meetings, property appointments, business events, and networking functions. The successful candidate must maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor , with attire and grooming appropriate for a professional real estate and executive business environment. We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Professional, polished, and dependable Able to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction Comfortable working directly with a company owner/executive Able to shift priorities quickly and manage multiple responsibilities An excellent written and verbal communicator Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new programs Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information Required to be comfortable driving regularly as part of the position Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed to keep the executive and business organized Requirements Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) College Degree or equivalent of 3+ years of Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience Valid California driver's license and clean driving record Reliable and punctual Strong computer and technology skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and take initiative Flexibility to accommodate the Owner's business schedule when necessary Employment may be contingent upon verification of driving record and insurability under the company's applicable automobile insurance coverage. Preferred Experience Social media content creation and management Video recording and basic video editing Canva or similar graphic design platforms Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms Digital advertising or marketing Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace CRM and real estate software experience Why This Position Is Different This is not a traditional desk-only administrative position.
