We're hiring a Technology Sales Associate to join our in-store retail team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, working with people, and helping customers find products and services that make sense for their everyday lives. You'll represent leading technology and telecommunications products and services while working directly with customers inside established retail locations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

/ Connect with customers face-to-face inside the store Learn the latest technology products, services, and promotions Ask questions to understand each customer's needs Recommend appropriate phone, internet, TV, and technology solutions Explain features, pricing, promotions, and service options Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process Build product knowledge through ongoing training Work alongside a motivated, team-oriented sales environment
